Shipping Policy

We only ship items to the 48 Contiguous United States. All USA shipments come with delivery confirmation and tracking. Insurance will be included on all items.

Items are carefully packaged to protect them using recycled bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and boxes whenever possible. Please let me know If your item is broken or damaged from shipping.
If your item is damage, please take plenty of photos of container and contents. I will need the photos to make claim with courier.

My items are priced to ship in the lower 48 US States.

Additional Shipping Policy - Change of Address Request and/or Wrong Address Provided

IMPORTANT!  Shipping is to the address you give at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, a refund can not be made when delivery is to the wrong address. I cannot be responsible for loss or damage due to an incorrect address such as missing apartment number or wrong zip code error.

I do not ship to any emailed change of address requests or 3rd party addresses. If the package gets returned to me due to your incorrectly listed address, then I will refund the merchandise cost minus my actual shipping & packaging costs.

Return shipping charges due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, failure to pick up, or refusal of package, will be deducted from refund, along with initial shipping cost when we receive the item back.

Package Delivered But Stolen

If your order is delivered, but is stolen from your residence after marked delivered from the courier, Hoosier Girl Treasures is not liable for the cost of the item and refunds will not be given.

You should file a police report if this happens.

Vintage and Antique Items

"Vintage & Antique" means it has been around for quite a long time. So please take that into consideration when making a purchase. All items are sold "As Is" with no warranty expressed or implied. True vintage and antique items are old, have been used and loved, and my show it. Due to the vintage nature of some items, there may be flaws and imperfections such as fading, light scratches and age marks. If there are any major imperfections such as cracks and/or chips, I will do my best to list them. Age & wear are described in the listing to the best of our knowledge. Please review descriptions, measurements and photos carefully.
