Returns, exchanges, or cancelations are not accepted.

We do our best to describe all products and take detailed photographs. Please be sure to ask any questions you may have before you purchase.

Vintage & Antique Condition

"Vintage & Antique" means it has been around for quite a long time.  So please take that into consideration when making a purchase.  All items are sold "As Is" with no warranty expressed or implied.  True vintage and antique items are old, have been used and loved, and my show it. Due to the vintage nature of some items, there may be flaws and imperfections such as fading, light scratches and age marks.  If there are any major imperfections such as cracks and/or chips, I will do my best to list them. Age & wear are described in the listing to the best of our knowledge. Please review descriptions, measurements and photos carefully.

Package Delivered But Stolen From Residence

If your order is delivered, but is stolen from your residence after marked delivered from the courier, Hoosier Girl Treasures is not liable for the cost of the item and refunds will not be given.

You should file a police report if this happens.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
