Orders will typically be processed and shipped in 1-3 business days.
We've been shipping delicate items safely for MANY years. We ship all orders via USPS, UPS and Fed Ex. All shipping will include tracking. Additionally, we take out insurance on all orders.
If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
Additionally, please take photos of the broken item, the outside and inside of the shipping box and all packing material. I will need the photos and your phone number to file the insurance claim with the courier. Your phone number is required for the insurance claim only. We will never call you. Once I receive all of the photos and your phone number, the claim will be submitted to the carrier.
You will receive your refund for the full amount within 48 hours.
